Curb Appeal: The appeal of metal roofing has drastically increased in the past several years. With emerging styles mimicking the traditional roofing selections, the opportunity to increase the aesthetic appearance of your home has greatly increased. The color choices vary from your typical standard, traditional, stunning, to industrial colors. 
Energy Efficient and Environmentally Friendly: Aside from the fact that a metal roof can be installed over an existing roof (also a cost savings), it provides an additional layer of protection or “insulation”, as a metal roof innately reflects the sun rays from seeping in and also blocks the house generated heat from exiting. Any color that is reflective, will offer this benefit. Ultimately, in the summer a proper colored roof (not just white!) will deflect the sun’s rays, while in the winter, the metal roof will provide an insulating barrier that prevents heat loss.
