Because of that, we require mandatory safety training. Our safety program is intended to keep safety in the forefront of their minds, both on the job and at home. It is our intention to ensure that the work conducted at the job site, is conducted in a manner consistent with OSHA requirements. The importance of safe work practices ensures that the jobs are conducted in an efficient, yet safe manner, not only for the employees, but for the customers. We respect the fact that business doesn’t stop when our mechanics arrive to perform their functions. For this reason, JB Roofing Systems is adamant about the up keep of the job site. Continual sweeps are made to ensure that equipment and debris is contained, and trip hazards do not exist, and out of foot traffic. These tasks along with an array of others, is what helps to keep our reputation in good standing with a business, and also with the business’ neighbors.
