Properly functioning eaves and soffits need to coordinate with the roof ridge vent (at the top of your roof) or attic ventilation vent. What happens when there is not equalization? A little upkeep on the roof goes a long way! For more specific information about prevention and resolution, feel free to give JB Roofing Systems a call.
